Typical Water Treatment Process

Rainwater is collected from suitable roof areas and conveyed through a filtration and treatment process to ensure it meets the required water quality standards. A typical SewTreat rainwater harvesting system includes:

Pre-filtration: Removal of leaves, dust, and debris before entering storage.
Storage: Zincalume steel or concrete tanks ranging from 15 KL to 3 ML, available in various finishes for aesthetic and durability requirements.
Treatment: GFM (Glass Filter Media) and GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) filtration followed by disinfection to ensure water safety and quality.
Distribution: Pumped supply to irrigation networks, toilets, domestic line or process applications.

SewTreat rainwater harvesting solutions are ideal for facilities with large roof areas and available storage space, providing a sustainable alternative or supplement to municipal supply while supporting long-term water resilience.
